CS2 Pattern CheckerFind Blue Gems & Rare Patterns

Instantly check pattern IDs on Steam Market. Identify Case Hardened Blue Gems, Doppler phases, and rare patterns before you buy.

What is a Pattern ID in CS2?

Every CS2 skin has a Pattern ID (also called Pattern Seed or Paint Seed) - a number from 1 to 1000 that determines how the texture is applied to the weapon. For Case Hardened skins, this determines how much blue appears on the weapon.

Why Pattern Matters for Value

Two Case Hardened skins with the same float can have wildly different values. A standard pattern might sell for $50, while a Blue Gem pattern (like AK-47 Pattern 661) can sell for $100,000+. Knowing the pattern is essential for accurate pricing.

Pattern Checker FAQ

What patterns are worth money?

For Case Hardened skins, patterns with more blue are worth more. The AK-47 Pattern 661 "Scar" is the most valuable, worth $100,000+. For Dopplers, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, and Black Pearl phases command premium prices.

How do I know if a pattern is good?

Our extension shows pattern IDs on Steam Market. You can then reference Blue Gem databases or our pattern guide to understand the value. Generally, higher blue percentage = higher value.

Does pattern affect all skins?

Pattern matters most for Case Hardened, Doppler, Fade, and Marble Fade skins. For most other skins, float value is more important than pattern.

Can patterns change?

No. Once a skin drops, its pattern ID is permanently fixed. It's determined at the moment the skin is created and never changes.

What is Fade percentage?

Fade percentage (0-100%) indicates how much of the yellow/red gradient appears on Fade skins. 100% fade is most valuable. Our extension calculates this automatically.
